More on Guentzel

Mike Guentzel was interviewed on KFAN sports radio in the Twin Cities about his decision to resign. Technically, you can listen to it here, but I'd be irresponsible if I recommended you listen to anything from that "sports talk" station.

I'm not sure what Guentzel's next move will be, but I'm sure he'll back in coaching somewhere. As far as his replacement, the name was passed along to me as a very likely candidate was St. Cloud assistant coach Eric Rud. Rud played for Don Lucia at Colorado College in the mid-90's, and if he was interested in the job, it would probably be hard to find a better choice for the job.

I hope St. Cloud can keep Rud, he's done a good job with our D.

To be frank, you are irresponsible with most of the crap you post here, so what the hell is the difference!

He wouldn't want to go to an inferior program...UM is on the way down.

DANG.....I wish Lucia would retire. He has destroyed the gopher program in the past couple of years. Some players hate Lucia and the way he treats them.

Hopefully Rud would be open to the idea of winning games in the NCAA tournament if he took the position with Minnesota.

12:08....did you make it out of the 3rd grade??? If you read this blog or any other blog for anything but entertainment and to pass the time, you're as bright as a pile of mud. If you actually actually take this blog seriously you need to get your head out your ass. It's a discussion board....nothing else.
