Minnetonka HS defenseman Anthony Raiola has committed to UMass-Amherst. Raiola played very well in this fall's Upper Midwest Elite League and as a result, drew the attention of many schools around the country. His final decision came down to UMass and Ohio State, and Raiola chose the Minutemen.
Update: Just to clarify, Raiola will either start with UMass next season, if they suffer early departures, or he will play a year in the USHL. The Sioux Falls Stampede hold his USHL rights.
