If Dey could score, Lasch would have 75 points. At least we aren't Gopher fans. That would be too easy. It's not easy being a Huskie fan, you have to work at it. They aren't on tv, win just enough to get you interested and never will win in the ncaa's. A real working mans, blue collar team. No welfare hockey here. Work hard and get beat down by the man. It'll never change. And we love it.

As a Sioux fan I am disappointed as well. Come Huskies you have got to win a game some day...

Not only do you get outshot 40-25 but you go O for 6 on the power play. At least your goalie didn't choke this year. Bobb!!!y!!!!!.

St Clown, we peak early every season because NCAA wins are for other teams.

Welfare hockey? What is that?

I think "welfare hockey" is when you ask the state to fund $10 million in improvements to the arena they already paid to build.

St. Clown: We suck, but we work hard. We do not know the meaning of welfare or NCAA victory for that matter.

As a gopher fan, I still hope for the best of STC Huskies & other WCHA teams Except when they face Minnesota & when I hear comments like this clown -anonymous- makes with the term "welfare Hockey"

It's so funny. St. Cloud is supposed to be the town of rednecks and trailer trash if you read the comments on this site. But it is most Gopher fans who display a hick, ignorant attitude. (Although there are a few respectable ones like Pass the Puck)

I may be wrong, but all universities in the state system have to get legislative approval for their big ticket spending, like a 10 million dollar improvement on the National Hockey Center.

Let's see... was Mariucci built with all private donations from the U of M's white collar class??

Exactly: See Mariucci Arena. Ummm, I guess the "U" is on state welfare also...LMAO!
