Stefishen to OSU

Chris Heisenberg is now listing BCHL forward Taylor Stefishen as committing to Ohio State for next season.

Stefishen, a '90 birthdate, is arguably the most talented forward in the BCHL, and should be drafted in this summer's NHL Draft. He scored 56 points in 59 games last season for the Langley Chiefs. So far this season, he has 4 points in 4 games.

As of the end of this summer, Stefishen reportedly had a ways to go before he could get through the NCAA Clearinghouse, so either his test scores have increased dramatically, or Ohio State is taking a chance on him qualifying, a la Michigan Tech and Casey Pierro-Zabotel.
