McDonagh Wins Mr. Hockey

Cretin-Derham Hall defenseman Ryan McDonagh won Minnesota's Mr. Hockey award as the state's top senior hockey player.

McDonagh is the first player from a private school to win the award. He is committed to join Wisconsin's team next season. He's the second future Badger to win the award. Wisconsin's Tom Gorowsky won the award while with Centennial.

In addition to this award, McDonagh was also recently added to the roster for Team USA for the U18 World Championships this April in Finland.
