Nagle Commits to Ferris

Ferris State picked up another commitment for the 2007 season in goalie Pat Nagle of the St. Louis Bandits in the NAHL. Nagle is having an outstanding season for the Bandits with a GAA of 1.97 and a save percentage of .931.

He's the third member of the Bandits to commit to Ferris State for this season, along with forwards Pat Maroon and Todd Pococke.

Lets GO BULLDOGS!

Nagle could be an NHL pick this year.

Which of the other three goalies will be leaving?

If I had a guess, I'd say MacIntyre. NHL draft pick who has lost (or never had) his starting role and played in two games since mid-way through last season.

This would be my guess as well. O'keefe will be locked in to the #1 spot for the next two years. Not much opportunity for MacIntyre to play. Unlike the last drafted goalie, Osaer who also left after his third year. He clearly would have had the starting job going into his senior year. The year before ferris' CCHA Championship year.

I think the bigger issue for the Bulldogs is finding a way to score some goals. Their offence looks bad this year. I hope the Maroon kid from St. Louis pans out, they could use a big body in front of the net to scoop in some garbage goals.
