Linkorama

CSTV's Tuesday at the Rink chats this week will feature two great guests this week. North Dakota forward Jonathan Toews and Nebraska-Omaha coach Mike Kemp will be taking questions. You can go to the chatroom and ask your questions in advance, if you'd like. Jonathan Toews is supposed to be a pretty interesting guy to talk to, so it should be interesting to see what he has to say.

I wrote about
Mankato's exhibition loss to Lethbridge. Long story short, the Mavericks had a lot of Stedmans, but no Gayle to go alongside Travis Morin's Oprah.

Eric Carlson has some nice photos from Alaska's exhibition win over Western Ontario. Also, it sounds like freshmen Dion Knelsen is living up to his hype, which is pretty amazing for a kid that young.

In an interesting twist, after UAF lost to the NTDP team last week, and UAA defeated the same team, UAF beat Western Ontario while UAA lost to them. I've learned my lesson and won't make a Governor's Cup comment in an effort to keep the peace, but the series between those two should be a good one this year.

Colorado College barely escaped against Air Force and then beat Alabama-Huntsville 8-1, with four goals from Scott McCulloch.

INCH has a new Monday feature called First Shift.

Tyler Ruegsegger is off to a hot start, despite the fact that he wasn't even supposed to be here today.

Also, here's recaps of Denver's loss to Miami and win over Colgate.

Michigan hired Billy Sauer's personal goalie coach as a goaltending assistant. It's an interesting move. Obviously Michigan knows they'll probably live or die based on Sauer's play.

Ok, it scares me that you made an Oprah reference and the Mavericks. Come on! Oprah?!?! Butch up.
