Most people were just waiting for the announcment to be made, and now it finally has. Drew Stafford has officially signed with Buffalo. Stafford was a first round pick of the Sabres and it was pretty much a given that he would sign during the offseason.
He's the third North Dakota player to leave early this offseason, joining teammates Travis Zajac, and Matt Smaby.
