I'm too lazy to write up my own weekend preview, but Duluth play-by-play guy Bruce Ciskie wrote up an excellent WCHA Weekend Preview.
The big series this weekend is Wisconsin vs. CC. This is a big weekend for CC because they need to prove that they can win big games. Also, a Wisconsin sweep pretty much locks up the WCHA regular season title for them.

Weekend sweep locks up nothing for Wisconsin. It helps but that is all...
Hence why he wrote "pretty much" locks up. He never said it does, but it will be tough for anyone in the WCHA to catch them if they sweep.
