There's some very good games this weekend. Also, I don't feel like doing Players to Watch, so just assume that each player is special in his own way.
Games to Watch
#1 Wisconsin at #4 Minnesota
Wisconsin faces another tough road challenge against their rival Minnesota. The Badgers have struggled against the Gophers lately, but this time, they've got Brian Elliott in net. I think the Gophers will steal a win since they're at home, but Elliott will shut down the Gopher offense at least one night.
#3 Michigan at #5 Miami
It's still early in conference play, but Miami has jumped out to a huge lead in conference play. Michigan struggled their way to an ugly split last time they played in Oxford, almost two years ago. Miami will be glad to see that RedHawk killer Jeff Tambellini is no longer in Michigan's lineup. Michigan and Miami both have the same amount of points lost in conference play, but a Miami sweep would put them 11 points ahead of the Wolverines, which would be a difficult margin to make up.
Minnesota-Duluth at Minnesota State, Mankato
The battle of the state's two Normal schools takes place in Mankato this weekend, and while neither team has put up a stellar record so far, both have played better as of late, and with Denver and North Dakota struggling, a sweep by either team could put them in a good position to make a move at a home ice playoff spot.

I really don't think the Gophers are "stealing" a victory at home if they win. Maybe a little bitter after the 6-3 thrashing put on your team last weekend?
Nobody cares how good you think the Gophers the are.
What the hell is a "normal" school? Is that a school for people who aren't as intelligent as "normal" people?
Minnesota sucks.
