Bowling Green forward Jacob Cepis has left the team for "personal reasons".
Cepis was an outstanding junior hockey player, finishing third in USHL scoring in 2006/2007, and was a CCHA all-rookie player last year, but really struggled this season, and the article suggested discontent between Cepis and head coach Scott Paluch.
The article also suggested that Cepis could look to transfer to a different school, with Wisconsin--of course--being one rumored destination.

I believe Cepis was recruited to BG by Kevin Patrick so his looking to go to Wisconsin sounds pretty likely.
Cepis would be a welcomed addition to the Badger Nation. UW loses a huge junior class of forwards in a few years and he would fit right in. He's a great player and just really needs a change of scenery. I really hope the rumors are true that he's considering UW.
Tell the recruits who would be delayed how elated Wisc would be to have Cepis walk on.
Wisconsin needs more forwards. I don't think they have enough.
