Jewish Hockey Championships

Props to the Warrior Rink Rat for first alerting me to this.

Last week in Israel, they held the first ever Jewish World Ice Hockey Championships. The US, Canada, France, and Israel competed for the crown. The US beat Israel to win the gold. There were a lot of familiar names that participated in the tournament. According to the article, both US goals were scored by former goalies. Former Harvard goalie Dov Grumet-Morris and former Michigan back-up Noah Ruden each scored for the US. Miami star forward Nathan Davis was the tournament's most outstanding player. Former RPI forward Oren Eizenman skated for Israel and was the tournament's best forward.

Here's a little more info from NHL.com
