Chris Heisenberg lists Swiss forward Luca Cunti as committing to St. Cloud for next season. Cunti was a 3rd round draft pick of Tampa Bay in this year's draft.
Cunti is a very talented player, though there seems to be two potential hang-ups. First, as of the draft, he was still in the process of trying to get through the NCAA Clearinghouse. Second, prior to the draft, there were reports that though Cunti was extremely talented, he wasn't the most coachable player. It seems like a high-risk, high-reward type of situation for St. Cloud, though they're definitely getting a talented player.
Also, Alberta defenseman Dan Nycholat committed to Northeastern for this fall. He was one of the better '89 born defenseman in western Canada.

I hope Cunti doesn't cause problems. But maybe Motzko will just unleash him offensively like he has fone for the most part with Nodl.
