MacMillan to Minnetonka

Alaska head coach Tavis MacMillan resigned from his position earlier this summer, and it now looks like he'll take over as head coach of Minnetonka High School, according to to CSTV's Elliot Olshansky.

The Skippers are a Class AA school in the western part of the Twin Cities, with some very nice young talent on their team. MacMillan would join a couple other high profile coaches in the Twin Cities area, including former Wisconsin assistant coach Troy Ward at New Prague, and former NHLer Phil Housely at Stillwater HS.
