In the interest of fairness, Tim from The Second Best Feeling was on this story almost two months ago, but now, there is confirmation from INCH that Michigan Tech forward Phil Axtell won't be returning to Michigan Tech.
Axtell was recruited to Michigan Tech to fill John Scott's role as Hilariously Over-Sized Player. According to Chris Heisenberg, it looks like Axtell will be transferring to rival Northern Michigan. I'm sure his first trip back to Houghton will be a fun one.

I can't WAIT for his first trip back to Houghton. By then, I'll be an alum though... but is most certainly a trip worth taking.
