Notre Dame's Jeff Jackson won the Spencer Penrose Award as the nation's top coach.
It's no surprise that Jackson won the award. He's turned Notre Dame around from a bottom-feeder to a national power in just a couple of years. I'm very impressed at the job he has done so far.
