Former Bowling Green assistant coach Danton Cole was named the next head coach at Alabama-Huntsville.
Cole played his college hockey at Michigan State, before going on to have a pretty long NHL career. He seems to be a good fit for the Chargers. Cole is known as a guy that demands a lot of his players. That should work well at a more blue-collar program like UAH that doesn't exactly attract a lot of NHL-prospect types.
