Michigan State Advances to Frozen Four

Michigan State beat Notre Dame 2-1 to advance to their first Frozen Four under coach Rick Comley.

Notre Dame's season ends a little earlier than many people thought, but they still exceeded everyone's expectations for this year, and judging by the talent that Jeff Jackson is bringing in to South Bend, it's very likely that they'll have another shot at the Frozen Four next season.

Does Notre Dame have a lot of Seniors or players that will leave early?

They have 8 seniors who will graduate this spring. None of the 8 were their best scorers, although they were excellent leaders and mentors. I don't suspect that they will have any others who leave early as ND isn't known for that. The degree is worth too much. The other classes now have too much to work for since they had flashes of greatness, but didn't finish the job this year.
