Stacey to Vermont

Wahs Stacey, a forward for Notre Dame Prep in Saskatchewan has committed to Vermont. Stacey originally committed to Minnesota-Duluth last year, before reconsidering and re-opening his recruitment. St. Cloud and Colorado College were two of the western schools that had shown some interest in him.

Also on the recruiting front, Lake Superior finally announced the players that had signed a Letter of Intent for next year, and along with Zach MacVoy and Will Acton, Napawin's Tyson Hobbins signed with the Lakers. Hobbins is a big forward that has scored a lot of points in the SJHL. He played in last month's CJAHL Jr. A Prospects Tournament.
