I've got a fairly meager offering of previews for you this week, but the previews that I do have are pretty darn good, if I may so say so myself.
Mav Hockey Nation previews the home and series between Minnesota State and St. Cloud State. Call me crazy, but don't you think the person that wrote that is an exceptional writer? And exceedingly handsome?
The St. Cloud Times Kevin Allenspach wrote a couple articles for the games this weekend. Jase Weslosky gets his first career start on Friday in front of a hostile crowd. And St. Cloud wants revenge after getting swept in Mankato last season. Also, forward John Swanson is out for at least the first game this weekend due to a shoulder injury.
RWD scores points for creativity, trash talk, and blind optimism with her UMD/Wisconsin preview. This has already been linked, but Tood Milewski's Badger preview is still a weekend preview, so it gets linked again. Matt Niskanen had a huge weekend against Lowell last weekend. This will be the first big test for Alex Stalock in goal. Jack Skille, Kyle Klubertanz, and Ross Carlson are all still broken.
