Fowler Best in North America?

I've been tipped off by an anonymous source that when the Scouting News releases their rankings for the best 1991 birthdates in North America on Friday, recent Notre Dame commit Cam Fowler will be ranked as the number one player in all of North America. It's pretty rare that a list like this is topped by someone other than a Canadian. Other notable names that have been ranked number one include Peter Mueller, and Jonathan Toews.
