The Scouting News($) has an article up today saying that Des Moines defenseman Christian Steingraber will be playing in the OHL next season. In hindsight, it probably would have been better if Steingraber spent last season with Honeybaked and dominating, rather than being one of the last defenseman on Des Moines' team and not seeing a ton of ice.

Eliot Olshansky talked to Pat Kane about his decision between Michigan, Boston U, and the OHL. Kane still hasn't made any decision. MGoBlog pulled out some of the interesting quotes.

The end of this article from the Eau Claire Leader-Telegram about high school seniors being recruited talks about Eau Claire North forward Justin Johnson being recruited. They mention he's had contact with Minnesota and Wisconsin. Johnson will play for ECN next season, and then probably a year or two of juniors before playing college hockey.

Nebraska-Omaha goalie Jeremie Dupont was the top goalie at the Chowder Cup. Dupont accelerated his studies to attend Omaha next season.

Former Ohio State Ian Keserich will play for Tri-City next season. Ohio State replaced Keserich with 17 year old Nick Filion from Cornwall in Ontario.
