Ryan Bakken's Frozen Four Blog for the Grad Forks Herald had some more great stories today. He was as mystified as I was with his first encounter of cheese curds. He also discusses running into legendary sportswriter Bob Ryan.
The Wisconsin Hockey Blog breaks down the Wisconsin/Maine match-up even further by looking at the forwards and defenseman from each side.
Bruce Ciskie checks in after well-deserved break telling people to chill out about the lack of media coverage for college hockey. Bruce brings up a good point, but at the same time, there's no reason to accept substandard coverage. So I have no problem with people pointing it out when coverage is bad.
UPDATE: Elliot Olshansky from CSTV has a very well-written on a bit o'tradition that connects Maine and Wisconsin.

In an ideal world, I'd get the kind of coverage that I think the Frozen Four deserves.
This isn't an ideal world...because in an ideal world, the College World Series would get more love than it gets, too.
