Caporusso commits to Michigan

Louie Caporusso, the 5th ranked uncommitted recruit for the class of 2007 has committed to Michigan. Caporusso is playing this season for St. Mike's in the OPJHL. Not only does Michigan up a very good, playmaking winger, this can only help in the recruitment of Caporusso's teammate, defenseman Brendan Smith.

The only downside of this for Michigan is that along with center Matt Rust, this is the second player in Michigan's 2007 recruiting class that has had his effort questioned at times by various scouts. Hopefully this is something that gets corrected with maturity and isn't an issue at Michigan.

Hey Maize!

Do you have any photos of the new MSU jerseys this year? I saw in Scheels and Champs in the Mankato mall that they have ones with the new logo on the front. I'd like a shot (preferably a game photo) of the new ones. I'm guessing they have a dark one to go with the white one I saw.

Plus do you have a photo of the alternate jersey they wore Saturday against UMD? It's the grey one that says "Minnesota State" on the front.

Thanks!
Brad

I can't find a picture of the away jersey, but I'll keep looking.
