RPI almost got a very nice win...

I did enjoy the announcers discussing the advantage RPI enjoyed having played one game already -- think how he Ivies feel when they're opening their season against a team who's on their 3rd or 4th or 5th game.

What a great tournament to open the season, and with 2 wild finishes. Hockey is finally here.BRPhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15332603673852088967noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12302090.post-7929090801913885002007-10-13T07:50:00.000-05:002007-10-13T07:50:00.000-05:00I like to call myself a Gophers fan, but the refs,...I like to call myself a Gophers fan, but the refs, or ref I guess, was awful. The Gophers had like 6 consecutive powerplays in the late portion of the 3rd to help them to the win. One of the refs called a checking from behind major on Lord with about 4 minutes left.

When Mazzacco and Woog are complaining about the refs and the calls are going FOR the Gophs, you know it's bad.Ryanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04409869838544194548noreply@blogger.com
