Marvin Chooses St. Cloud State

Chris Heisenberg's site is reporting that Warroad High School(MN) forward Aaron Marvin has chosen to attend St. Cloud State for the 2007 season. Marvin will be a senior for Warroad High School next season. He was recently selected 89th overall in the NHL Draft by the Calgary Flames.

Marvin is a big forward with excellent skating ability. He was recruited by a number of WCHA teams, most notably, North Dakota where a number of his relatives played. Marvin's commitment is another huge recruiting coup for coach Bob Motzko.

Seems St Cloud has a good class coming in 2007 based on NHL draft results - #89 #108 #191.
